It was planned out by anydesk to eventually start charging. But if it was originally marketed at free for both changing later, only shows it WAS to get the user base and then start charging. So I got a reply to my post: My point was original license did say free for private and personal use.

I remember when the agreement said FREE for Private and Commercial use. Its to gain a userbase then start charging.

This was predicted as soon as they started showing the 'Detected a static IP / Business Static IP Bullcrap.' Same as Teamviewer, LogMeIn, others that are 'FREE'.
